1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering archivegrooves.bond or requesting entry to our offline facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Facility & Media Handling Rules

Individuals accessing our physical listening rooms must strictly adhere to curatorial directives. All physical media—including vinyl, acetate, and magnetic tapes—must be handled exclusively with clean gloves provided by our staff. Archive Grooves reserves the right to immediately terminate access for negligent behavior.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital audio previews, custom waveform visualizers, photography, codebases, and intellectual assets published on archivegrooves.bond are protected by international copyright law. Unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Archive Grooves shall not be held liable for temporary system outages, sound wave rendering discrepancies, or rescheduling conflicts affecting listening room bookings.
