Scientific Analog Restoration

Through physical and optical recovery methodologies, we bring sound waves back from chemical decomposition and extreme mechanical wear.

1

Ultrasonic Micro-Washing & Grooming

We immerse rare vinyl media in specialized distilled chemical baths where acoustic waves generate millions of microscopic bubbles. This process completely removes locked-in historical dust and oils from groove systems without harming vulnerable polyvinyl surfaces.

2

Thermally-Controlled Magnetic Tape Baking

Unreleased studio master tapes manufactured during specific historic eras often suffer from binder hydrolysis (sticky-shed syndrome). We bake structural tape elements at precisely 54°C in a specialized nitrogen-controlled environment to safely re-adhere the magnetic material to its acetate foundation.

3

Optical Laser Stylus Analysis

To extract audio data from cracked or damaged historical lacquer plates, we utilize high-precision laser playback apparatuses. By reading structural grooves optically rather than using physical mechanical needles, we totally prevent physical wear and distortion.

4

Lossless 192kHz / 24-bit AD Capture

Restored signals undergo physical conversion through ultra-low-noise custom transformers directly into premium analog-to-digital converters, ensuring the dynamic spectrum, tape-hiss, and warmth of original pressings are safely locked in for digital infinity.
